HERE, THERE, EVERYWHERE

I'm on tour next week more about the destinations starting Monday, February 6th.

Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. They are the destination, and the journey. They are home."― Anna Quindlen, How Reading Changed My Life

"One's destination is never a place but rather a new way of looking at things."(Henry Miller)

Dear Karen Simpson,
I am a student of Dr. Jennifer Martin's English 10 class. We're reading your book Act Of Grace. Act Of Grace is a very good and helpful book to others and to me. I enjoy reading your book because it's real and straight up about life. Act Of Grace is very historical and tells about segregation. If you didn't write this people that didn't know about history in segregation wouldn't know now. So I would like to thank you personaly for writing this story and would appreciate if you wrote more.
Sincerely,
Orian Askins

Dear Karen,
My name is Asia and I'm a student in Dr. Martin's English class. I'm in the 10th grade and I'm 15. I really enjoyed your book, Act of Grace. It was a very wonderful book. I'm glad that I had a chance to read it. I liked that it talked about how racism is wrong.

I go to Tinkham Alternative High School. I been going here for 8 1/2months. I love Dr. Martin and I'm sad that she is leaving us.
