i hope you had a lovely christmas. as i was searching for more information on improvisational quilting i stumbled upon your blog. an interesting read. i am considering starting a collaborative project on my blog encouraging improvisational quilting. i was inspired by a gee's bend exhibit to begin quilting a year ago and have been dipping my toe into improvisation. i would love to hear your thoughts and any advice you might have.
I am so happy to hear about the quilting. Weren't the Gee's Bend quilt wonderful. All I can say is to quilt more with your heart and soul and spirit than your mind. Easier said than done in the quilt world where I find there are too many people who belive you can only do thing just one way.

Hello Jacquie
I am so happy to hear about the quilting. Weren't the Gee's Bend quilt wonderful. All I can say is to quilt more with your heart and soul and spirit than your mind. Easier said than done in the quilt world where I find there are too many people who belive you can only do thing just one way.
